Saint Agnes and Mary Immaculate Medal

Saint Agnes and Mary Immaculate Medal

from $12.34

MRMM 7

The front of this beautiful medal features a profile of Mary Immaculata (Mary of Lourdes), with a gorgeous relief of St. Agnes with her lamb on the reverse. St. Agnes was a third century saint, who was put to death (either by beheading or by a stab to her throat) when she came under suspicion of being a Christian. She rebuffed many suitors, and died a virgin. St. Agnes is the patron saint of chastity and of young girls. This medal is sized nicely for larger bead tenners or a St. Agnes nine bead chaplet. It is a heavier piece, not appropriate for rosary accents.
