This is a wonderfully ornate crucifix in a Rococo style. The leafy details curl together, forming a cross with somewhat wide horizontal and vertical beams. The halo appears to be a stylized shell. For an openwork piece, this reproduction crucifix is weighty and very sturdy. It's a beauty!
