This is a large and heavy openwork Miraculous Medal centerpiece, featuring Holy Mary on the front with the traditional inscription, "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee." The reverse is a relief of the traditional Miraculous Medal, with stars, the M monogram with cross above, and two hearts. Beautiful for large bead rosaries.
