Rhyolite in White Bronze
Rhyolite in White Bronze
Rhyolite is a volcanic stone, created under great heat and pressure. The beads exhibit a range of colors from dark and medium greens to golden tans and brick reds. What really sets them apart are little clear agate “windows” that let you see down into the bead.
For this rosary, white bronze reproduction parts with oxidized silver filled wire and rings were chosen. White bronze contains tin and is a true bronze. In actuality, it’s even stronger than red bronze and stands up to wear and tear beautifully.
This rosary comes with a little surprise: decorated flat links join the Aves and Paters on the drop portion between the crucifix and center to draw the eye. On the circle portion, nice rollo chain segments are used so that the rosary on the whole isn’t stiff. This handmade rosary is strongly constructed on 19ga wire with 21ga wire wrapped Paters, and is easy to carry along.
