This 9mm bead ruby chaplet for St. Rita is an impressive piece in white bronze and hand-oxidized Sterling silver findings (wire, rings, caps and chain). The double capped genuine rubies are not treated with dyes or heating, and prove themselves worthy of the heavy, white bronze St. Rita end medal and Edwardian style crucifix. St. Rita is the powerful Patroness of difficult marriage, impossible causes, parenthood and infertility. She is said to have received one thorn into her forehead from Jesus' crown of thorns, and her incorrupt body lies in its glass tomb at the St. Rita shrine in Cascia, Italy.
