Accepted Payment Methods
All credit card, debit card, and international payments must be made through Paypal's secure online payment system. I never see your credit card information, nor do I have access to it. Please be sure that if you have a Paypal account, your shipping address is correct and current, especially if you have recently submitted a change of address form at the post office. Strict new Homeland Security policies govern the US mail, and if the post office finds a discrepancy between your shipping address and their address of record, your package will go sailing off to a sorting facility, which can add two weeks or more to your delivery time. These facilities are not obliged to track your package, so a double-check of your addy is a great idea!
You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase. Paypal now welcomes you to check out as a guest. You need only supply your particulars and a valid email address so that Paypal is able to send you your purchase receipt.
Additional Payment Services for Customers in the United States
Meinssen Handmade Rosaries also welcomes personal checks and money orders from domestic customers. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please call or email so that I may place a hold on your rosary, chaplet or other item.
Holds will be lifted after one week if full payment is not received, unless prior, short-term arrangements have been made for your convenience.
Purchases by residents of the state of Georgia are subject to 7% sales tax. Sales tax is automatically assessed at check out.
Do you need an installment payment plan?
Meinssen Handmade Rosaries now offers Paypal Credit for customers in the United States.
Because of customer volume, I'm no longer able to personally offer installment payments. Paypal Credit takes care of your needs as a customer and mine as a retailer. If you have any questions regarding Paypal Credit or your Paypal Credit account, they must be directed to Paypal Credit Customer Support at 866-528-3733.
Within the United States, packages are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.
Priority Mail packages provide tracking and $50 of free insurance, and typically take two to three days to arrive at your home.
Insurance over $50 requires an additional fee. Please write or call if you would like to add insurance to cover the full price of your purchase.
For one or two rosaries, chaplets, tenners or bracelets shipped together, the rate is $8.40.
For three or more retail items shipped together, the rate is $15.00.
For international customers, packages ship via the US Postal Service 1st Class Mail International. Tracking and insurance are not available. Meinssen Handmade Rosaries is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Estimated delivery is 7 to 21 days + any customs delays.
A photographed copy of the postal receipt is available upon request. You will receive a customs label number via email once your package has shipped.
To all international destinations, the shipping cost for 1 item is $15.00 US.
To all international destinations, the shipping cost for 2 items is $25.00 US.
Important Note on Tariffs & Limits for International Customers
I am no longer able to ship precious metal (Sterling silver, gold filled and solid gold) rosaries, chaplets, tenners and bracelets to international destinations. These pieces are catagorized as "jewelry," and are subject to confiscation by the customs services of many countries. I am happy to ship red bronze rosaries, chaplets, tenners and bracelets overseas.
International shipments are subject to the tariff schedule of your country. Tariffs, especially to Great Britain and the E.U. can be very high. It's the responsibility of the customer to know the tariffs involved for the value of your package before purchasing and shipment. Please do NOT write requesting that I fill out customs forms for a lower value, as this is prohibited by law. Thank you for your understanding.
